This was a unique experience to see the raw item, which
was a masterpiece in itself, being put through the process of the chrome
plating treatment which ended up with three magnificent examples of
1933 grilles that the most fastidious enthusiast would be more than
happy to use in the front of his or her vehicle.

So we now have the 1933 and 1934 years covered with
reproduction Ford grilles. Now Chris has just finished developing the
1935 Ford grille, this is amazing in that it took Chris something like
five years to successfully develop the 1934 item, where, in his own
words he has been able to produce the 1935 reproduction Ford grille
in around nine weeks! Chris admits that he has learnt a considerable
amount from the 1933 and 1934 experience and this has helped speed up
the process with the 1935 grille.
Upon inspection the 1935 example is quite a complete unit, with a series
of individual groups of bars in place of the full length bars in both
the 1933 and 1934 designs.
